Pet Requirements

Your pet must be current its rabies vaccination. We would also encourage bordetella and distemper vaccinations as well.

Please treat your pet for fleas and ticks regularly. If your pet has fleas, we will treat it for fleas to protect the salon at your expense.

Please let us know of any health or medical conditions that your pet has (seizures, arthritis, collapsing trachea, etc.) so that we are better able to care for your pet properly.

​Please bring your pet in with a leash or in a carrier.

Required Forms

Please bring the following items with you to your first appointment.

1. Service Agreement Form. 
Every client must sign our service agreement, which contains our terms and conditions. You can sign it online when you book online, or we will text a link to the online version when we make your first appointment. All clients are required to sign the agreement before we will provide service.

2. Proof of Rabies Vaccination. 
Please bring proof of rabies vaccination with you to your first appointment.

Due to extremely high volume, we encourage you to book in advance.

Because of demand and difficulty in hiring staff, wait times for completion and pickup may be long.
