In Case of Weather Issues...
When there is a storm or weather concerns in the forecast, we will alert those who might be affected via an automated text to let you know we are aware of it and that they may have their appointment changed. Changes may include a later time or a different day, depending on the situation.
If we are able to get in and open the shop, we will continue the day as scheduled; clients can ask for rescheduling if they are not able to make it in.
If we are not able to open the shop, we will move appointments and you will receive an automated alert of the new date/time. If this new appointment won't work with your schedule, you may then text us at (605) 622-0364 and we'll work with you.
While we will do our best to get clients in as close to the original date as possible, multiple weather incidents and current bookings have an effect on how soon we can reschedule an appointment. We ask for your patience and understanding, as we have no control of the weather and are limited in how many appointments we can book in a day.
